White Modern House Tansformed from a Traditional House


Located in Singapore, this white modern house is a perfect place to assemble and relax, enjoy being together with family and even your friends. You can the enjoy beautiful views of the city through the patio and terrace located on the top of the house. Although it looks modern and minimalist, in fact this house is a traditional house, which is converted into a modern minimalist house for living. Its a great work from an International architecture company named Ong&Ong. Houses converted into a modern form without remove the original elements of the house. Many of the historic character were preserved, which creates a nice contrast to the new, modern features. The kitchen together with the dining area are located right at the entrance. Stepped into the house, you will find white, bright and open-concept interiors with contemporary furniture, folding doors and shuttered windows open to the outdoor view. Combination of Modern Tropical Design and Traditional Thai Elements


Casas del Sol has blends both the indoor and outdoor environments with the use of an outdoor terrace, it was inspired by the tropical climate of Thailand. By using sections of wool, the designer creates a smooth seat surface while the underbelly is left rough, one thing that makes this design more attractive. This impressive circular residence is a unique green-roofed villa called Villa Ronde, situated on the a coast in Japan. It’s luxury round shape was designed by company Ciel Rouge. With unique shape like this, these modern building can take full advantage of the surrounding views  as well as to hold the strong winds from the beach. The residence offers a wide free organic space in the middle of the building which can be used as a place to relax and enjoy the cool atmosphere of the beach. The area offers a fresh air because it is surrounded by green plants around it. The villa itself seems to grow from an hill in which air system circulate to ventilate permanently the house. The building features a swimming pool, a private museum, an impressive terrace and an extensive guest area. The interior of the residence also look broad and elongated, follow the original shape.
